Welcome to the Wickenburg High School Mathematics page. This page has been designed to help you get a better knowledge of what WHS has to offer to students and parents. There are links to teachers, course expectations, class descriptions, biographies, and more!

Three years are required for admittance to any regular community college
Four years of math are required for admittance to any university

Community College (2-year College)
If you are planning on attending community or two-year colleges after school you must have completed the following math courses: Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II.

University (4-year College)
If you are planning on attending a four-year college or university you must complete the following math courses: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, and Pre-Calculus.


If you are a freshman in Algebra I, and you wish to get ahead, you can apply for the APS Quest for Excellence Program. This program allows high school freshmen to take math and science classes over the summer through APS. If you are interested in this route, contact a WHS guidance counselor.
