• The Wickenburg Rifle Team is a coed team.
• The team shoots AR 15's and has been shooting high power rifles for the past five years.
• Practice is held twice a week and goes year round.
• The team competes in every match that they are capable to get to.
• Jake Gutowski attended the National Championships and took second in the nation in 2003.
• In 2004 four members of the team competed in the National Infantry Trophy Team taking both second and sixth place.
• In 2005 there will be five members of the team going to the National Infantry Trophy Team.
• They took 1st and 3rd in the country for the National Infantry Trophy.
• In 2006, 4 from WHS went to Camp Perry and the two teams took 2nd and 4th in the National Infantry Trophy Match.
• In 2007, 3 from WHS attended the National match.
• The two teams took 2nd and 4th in the nation again in the National Infantry Trophy Match.
