Freestyle Wrestling
Is a type amateur wrestling practice throughout the world. It is one of the two olympic wrestling styles.It's said that freestyle wrestling started in Greco and has gone on to international success.
Greco-Roman Wrestling
Is a type of amateur wrestling practice throughout the world. It is also one of the two olympic wrestling styles. This style of wrestling forbids attacks below the waist. Greco-Roman came from the French.The British do not like Greco-Roman as much as they do as the counter part Freestyle.
Folk Style Wrestling
Folk style wrestling is also know as Collegiate wrestling. It is also a type of amateur wrestling. Though it is practice more in university, colleges, high schools and lower level middle schools. They use maneuvers to show dominance and control so in other words they use less throws.

Note: ALL WRESTLERS EITHER INCOMING OR RETURNING TO THE SPORT MUST HAVE AN UPDATED PHYSICAL BEFORE THEY CAN WRESTLE.
